At my practice, I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing stored trauma, and restoring balance across physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Through BodyTalk sessions — offered in person, via video call, or through distance healing — we work with your body’s innate wisdom to uncover the root causes of dis-ease and gently shift the patterns keeping you stuck.

I also offer deeply relaxing Reflexology sessions designed to calm the nervous system, boost circulation, and support your body’s natural healing processes.

I was a bit nervous at my first appointment with Vicky as I didn't know what to expect. Little did I know about Body Talk. Entering her practice room gave me instantly a calm feeling, and her warm welcome made me feel less anxious immediately.
