BodyTalk 1hr - Video Call Session

Video calls are available via Skype or Zoom. During our session, your body-mind will dictate the priorities that require attention. Communication will take place via video call, allowing for a seamless exchange of information. At specific intervals, I will guide you to lightly tap on the top of your head, sternum, and navel to facilitate the healing process. Your body-mind possesses an innate intelligence that governs all physiological functions. However, due to various internal and external stressors, communication can become disrupted. To address this, I utilize the BodyTalk system to identify and address the most pressing concerns. As an observer, I assist in restoring optimal communication by providing a reflective surface for the body-mind to create a new, healthy perspective. It is important to note that BodyTalk poses no danger, as the healing process is facilitated by your body-mind's inner wisdom, which guides the necessary corrections.
